Progressive, diversified experience in the entire procurement lifecycle from white paper development through contract closeout for a variety of state, federal and commercial Consulting, Research and Development (R&D), Services, and Architect/Engineer (A/E) procurements, successfully negotiating and managing all aspects of contract, subcontracts and proposals. Strengths include:
- Proven team player, highly regarded for dedication to tasks, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical/problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of Government procurement policy, including FAR/DFARS
- Strong financial skills
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
